1. The Above prices are Escalation free but subject to revision/ withdrawal without notice at the sole discretion of the company.
2. External Development charges (EDC)is charged @ Rs. 100/- per sq.ft. at present. In case of any upward revision by the Government authorities in the future, the same shall be recovered on pro-rata basis.
3. One car parking within an apartment is essential .
4. Registration and Maintenance security charges shall be paid extra at the time of offer for possession.
5. Prices, terms and conditions stated herein are merely indicative with a view to acquaint the applicant and are not exhaustive. The company reserves the right to add/delete/alter any details/specifications/location mentioned if so warranted due to any circumstances.
6. All Payments should be made by Cheque/Demand Draft drawn in favour of "Cosmos Infra Engineering (India) Ltd A/C Cosmos Greens, Bhiwadi payable at Delhi/New Delhi /Gurgoan.
7. All Govt. Taxes, Whether levied or to be levied in future on the land/apartment shall hence forth be borne by the applicant from the date of Registration or as may be determined by the local authorities.
8. The allotment of flat/apartment shall be on first cum first serve basis. The final allotment shall be entirely at the sole discretion of the company, which has the right to reject any application without any reason whatsoever.
9. The above areas are super built up area which includes covered area plus proportionate share of common area such as staircase, passage, lift etc. The cost of Flat/apartment is subject to final measurement of constructed area and wil be added proportionately.
10. The company would hand over the possession in 12 months. Company would pay penalty to its customers @ Rs. 5/- per sq.ft. per monthj for delay in handing over the product beyond the period of 12 months from the date of buyers agreement. Similarly the customer would be liable to pay holding charges @ Rs. 5/- per sq.ft. per month if he/She fails to take possession within 30 days from the date of issue of notice of possession. |
