payable at Delhi/NCR only. |

2. Prices are subject to revision without notice and price ruling on the date of
allotment and acceptance by the company only shall be applicable. |

3. The scheme can be closed at the sole discretion of the company |

4. The company shall endeavor to the complete construction of house allotted
within three and half years from the date of sanction of plans. |

5. The other terms and conditions of sale would be as per the application form
and standard allotment letter of the company. |

6. The registration charges, stamp duty, legal documentation charges and any
