Prices are Escalation Free against the flat booked but subject to revision/
withdrawal, without notice at company's sole discretion, for all those flats
which are retained by company. The Company will pay penalty to its customers @
Rs.5/ per sq. ft.per month for any delay in handing over the product beyond the
committed completion |

period. Similarly the customer will have to pay holding charges @ Rs. 5/- per
sq. ft.per month, if he/ she fails to take possession within 45 days from the
date of issue of possession letter. |

One Covered Car Parking along with an apartment is compulsory. * Preferential
Location Charges (PLC), for preferential location, are additional to Basic Sale
