6. The probable location of GHS shall be on Gurgaon-Sohana Road (which is being widened to 4 lane road) at a drive of about 15-20 minutes away from Gurgaon.

7. Soon after finalization of block-deal for GHS, we will also tie-up with leading banks and financial institutions for arranging home loan at best prevailing terms.

8. The construction of the GHS Flats shall be carried out strictly as per approved plan by the members of society. However, no club membership etc. shall be provided.

9. We assure you that on completion of our GHS, our valued members shall find themselves in a nature fresh eco-friendly environment away from the heavily crowded habitation.
