Well reputed world class Developer & Builder is launching shortly new projects in more than 20 Cities in India consisting of 500 to 1000 suits with ultramodern 7 star facilities that too at the cost of 2 Star facilities at prominent hill stations, holy cities and industrial hubs.

Our group is starting the project from the holy and religious pilgrimage place at Pushkar(Rajasthan) on 22 acre lush green fully developed residential plot at NH No.8 as well as at Sonepat (Haryana).

On completion of the project, a member whether resident or Non-Resident shall be able to avail short/ long stay any where in India and for rest of period can earn rental income for vacant period at the prevailing market rates.

As we shall be constructing self contained units, so on completion of our project all food items shall be available on 50% discount. We mean to say that on completion of our project a member will be simply required to move in empty handed and all necessary items shall be available at his door step.

As regard payments, it will be decided on receipt of location-wise response for membership of Wills County/NRI Clubs. Our hotel suits shall be absolutely self-contained units for week-end, long and short enjoyment throughout India in lush green, tranquil with state-of-the-art modern facilities like Spa, Gym and water-park etc. for ultimate peace of mind.

It will not be out of place to mention here that all our clubs shall be located at prominent cities in the close vicinity of airports. In case a member happens to stay at such a location where our club does not exist, it will be the sole responsibility of our group to arrange accommodation in other clubs at a discounted rate as per our agreement with them as well as on reciprocatory terms.

The construction site of the clubs at the desired locations shall be finalised/decided based on the response of our members. Soon after selection of sites, the concerned members shall be conveyed the approximate budget estimates and mode of payment. However, to help our valued members, we will tie up with leading banks and financials institutions for those who would like to opt for house loan.
