Terms & Conditions:-
- Cheques/Bank drafts to be issued in favour of “Gulshan Homz Pvt.
Ltd.” Payable at Delhi. Outstation cheques shall not be accepted.
- Registration, Stamp Duty and other charges shall be payable at the
time of offer of possession.
